This workshop is designed for project managers who would like (or need) to develop their commercial skills and take a more pro-active approach to expanding and deepening relationships with clients to maximise revenue and profitability through improved communication, follow-on-, referral- and cross- selling.
Project managers often have very strong relationships with customers and are therefore in the best position to ask for additional business. This course will teach you how in a way that is comfortable for you and the customers.
These skills will be taught through a combination of interactive brainstorming, exercises and role play.
